Gold Bracelet
A gold bracelet is a timeless symbol of love and wealth.
People have been melting gold to make jewelry since the ancient Egyptians.
Necklaces, earrings and rings are also popular pieces of gold jewelry.
A gold bracelet can be bought at several different price levels depending
on the purity of the gold in any given piece. A piece marked 24K is
made of pure gold and costs the most. A piece made of anything less,
18K, 14K, or 12K will cost progressively less money.
Buying a gold bracelet is a fairly objective process – you have
to see the object and be able to visualize the recipient wearing it.
Any piece of jewelry labeled as gold plated, rolled gold plate, or gold
overlay means that whatever other metal it is made out of, it has a
layer of at least 10% gold. These pieces are the least expensive of
all gold jewelry.
